Once you grab the meat, head to the bowls and put the food into the bowls to feed the two dogs on the premises. Once you do, examine what's within the shed of any interest, primarily the Dog Food (meat) that's in one of the small freezers. Run to the door leading into the stone shed adjacent and bash through the door following the on-screen prompt. Once back outside, run across towards the cages where some sort of animal is held (you can tell because of animal dishes).
Grab it and then head back outside via the door. If done correctly, the locked box will become unlocked, revealing the coveted Mansion Key. Insert the following six numbers in this order from left to right - 132134. Examine the locked box and a six digit lock will appear for you to open. Within, you'll find a locked box on a shelf. Fend him off until you can knock him unconscious, and then take a look around the room.
